About Me

Vincent Anthony Johnston is founder of the Fusion Mindfulness Course. A blend of Eastern and Western methods and has been running successfully in Central Scotland for over six years. Based in Kinross-shire, Central Scotland, he is author of the 30 minute free weight work out and soon to release Mindful Relaxation for Beginners. With lived experience of severe anxiety and PTSD, his method of instructing groups is a transpersonal approach. His motto is “if I can live life to the full with or without anxiety – so can you!” And this may be why so many of his clients benefit from the techniques and just keep coming back.
