Online Tuesday evening 7.30pm to 8.30pm (starting Tuesday 21st April) with MS TEAMS

Terms & Conditions (Please read before booking)

1. Booking & Payment
   All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once the course begins.
2. Course Structure
   The course consists of a 6-week block of online sessions. Sessions are delivered live via an online platform.
3. Health & Wellbeing Responsibility
   By booking this course, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
   Participants are responsible for:
   • Listening to their own body at all times
   • Only moving within their personal limits
   • Informing the instructor in advance of any injuries, pain, medical conditions, or concerns that may affect participation
   All movement offered is gentle and optional. You are encouraged to rest or adapt at any time.
   Fusion Mindfulness accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained during sessions where participants have not disclosed relevant conditions or choose to work beyond their limits.
4. Medical Disclaimer
   These sessions are intended for general wellbeing and relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any health concerns, please consult your GP before participating.
5. Technical Disclaimer & Contingency
   While every effort is made to ensure all sessions run smoothly, classes rely on technology and internet connectivity.
   In the unlikely event of disruption due to technical issues beyond our control (including internet failure or equipment malfunction), [Your Business Name] cannot be held liable for interruptions.
   If a session is significantly affected, a replacement session or suitable alternative will be provided.
6. Missed Sessions
   If you are unable to attend a session, unfortunately this cannot be refunded or transferred. (Optional: You may choose to offer recordings if you wish.)
7. Cancellations & Refunds
   • No refunds will be issued once the course has begun
8. Code of Conduct
   Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and other attendees. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
