SPRING FLING RETREAT

May sees the launch of the Spring Fling Mindfulness Retreat, to be held in Glenfarg on Saturday, 23rd May.
Who is this for? This workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginners to seasoned meditation practitioners.

For anyone who doesn’t know what mindfulness practice is, they may know their pain points, such as panic attacks, low concentration levels, and trouble sleeping. They may know what they want: a calmer mind and a relaxed yet energised body. Well, mindfulness may be part of the solution.
The workshop is a chance to meet new people and immerse yourself in a deep dive into mindfulness techniques and other fun activities not experienced in usual classes.
Weather permitting, participants will be able to try fun mindful techniques outside, and there are other indoor exercises to experience should the weather be wet.
With the Spring Fling proving to be a success, another will be planned for Autumn.
