Fusion Mindfulness Workshops

I’m pleased to be starting the first new Mindful Mondays in Auchterarder this Monday 9th and I hope it will be a success!

Wednesday classes have just started in Perth and I hope that more people will find out about the sessions. I started getting some acupuncture there and thought the centre was such a lovely Spiritual Venue, I asked and was given the green light to start!
