
I’m pleased to announce that I am launching the very first Online Mindful Relaxation Class for 2026! This came about as some clients couldn’t make the day classes and were looking for an alternative. The advantage being that class mates can participate in the comfort of their own homes.
The classes will be hosted on Microsoft TEAMS and will be the same duration of 60 minutes. People can book a block of 6 weeks as this commitment will ensure the class mates get the full benefits of regularly practicing the techniques and methods.
The first class is scheduled for Tuesday 26th May, 7.30pm to 8.30pm. If more than 8 particiapants want to attend it may be possible to create an alternative class on Thursday evenings. Looking forward to it!
